We are so happy you’re interested in getting involved with our work here at Hope Avenue. There are so many ways for you to help, and we truly appreciate each and every effort. By lending your support, you’ll become a valuable part of our Non-Profit Organization and help to strengthen our operations.
GIFT FOOD DONATION DRIVES (BAY AREA)
If you are from the bay area, feel free to contact us if you would like to participate in the food donation drives. Your donations will go to homeless shelters in Oakland, Berkeley, Livermore and/or Emeryville. Each months donations will differ so be sure to email us if you would like to participate!
Currently, the beanie group is local to the bay area. We work together as a community to donate hand made beanies to other groups, such as Blue Star Moms, Stanford NICU, military troops, and homeless shelters. Our effort has provided many with warmth and comfort during the past several winters. If you are not in the bay area but would like to participate in this effort, feel free to contact us! We will guide and provide you with all the necessary resources and materials.
ARE YOU A HIGHSCHOOLER?
If you are, this is meant for you! If you want to make a change in your local community, we encourage you to start a branch of Hope Avenue at your high school. Learn more about the youth group branch of Hope Avenue, also known as GIFT (Give It Forward Today) by clicking above on the menu. Contact us if you are interested and want to get started! Be the change you want to see 🙂

Despite the unexpected and harsh halt that the world had to come to dude to COVID-19, our community got together to provide for the local hospitals and families. Starting from scratch, GIFT has worked with the community to donate more than 5000 masks to alleviate the inconvenience of a lack of resources in our local hospitals.
